In the absence of discipline, motivation is useless!

I’ve been dealing with joint pain for more than 15 years, besides lower back and neck pain caused by a car accident and inflammatory disease. But I avoid complaining about it. I set my mind to move forward and forget about the pain, so I can visualize myself being healthier and looking great!

When working out at the gym, I hear men complaining about their age, their wishes to be younger, to train harder, and to look just like me. These men are 15-20 years younger than me. The looks on their faces when I tell them my age!

Stop thinking negatively and doubting yourself. Stop complaining and throwing excuses ahead of you. Instead, get the attitude of gratitude. Challenge yourself to focus on accomplishing your goals. Forget your age, current situation, or whatever else may be holding you back. If your main goal is to be healthier, then prioritize it! Working out will help you to accomplish that and more, so make the time for it. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
