Here’s the deal: alcohol doesn’t help you progress, but it doesn’t have to significantly hinder it either.

To be successful with alcohol and your goals, you need the right strategies:

1️⃣ focus on two drinks maximum
2️⃣ try not to binge
3️⃣ hydrate after every drink
4️⃣ keep protein intake up throughout the day

But I have found that decreasing your fat percentage and adding muscle can be a challenging experience.

But it’s not impossible. Stay consistent with your diet, workouts, and the right supplements based on your fitness goal.

There is discomfort in staying stuck.
There is discomfort in taking action.
But only one of those choices is going to lead you where you want to be.

I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to enjoy Florida with my two best buddies, Wes and Shadow. It was fun and so worth it. I’d love to repeat this experience soon! ✌🏻😃👍🏻

I weighed myself today. I’m still 10 lbs less, but I didn’t put both legs on the scale lmao. Oops!

I wanted to skip my workout session today. I was feeling so tired and hungry! 😋

But once I got in the gym, my mood completely changed, and with a great spotter and workout partner like Wesley, it turned out even better!

Breaking promises to yourself will destroy your self-confidence. Taking action will restore that confidence.

Work, work, and more work. Finally, I'm away from it!

It is a blessing to have a job--our fitness business--as well as a life with the people you love the most.

I am thankful to all of our clients--both past and present--and to all of my friends and family.

Also, I'm convinced I'll be turning into a mermaid by the time I leave here, or maybe a whale after all this food today!

Unfortunately, discipline is something that can’t be taught.

It’s only achieved through practice.

In the absence of discipline, motivation is useless!

I’ve been dealing with joint pain for more than 15 years, besides lower back and neck pain caused by a car accident and inflammatory disease. But I avoid complaining about it. I set my mind to move forward and forget about the pain, so I can visualize myself being healthier and looking great!

When working out at the gym, I hear men complaining about their age, their wishes to be younger, to train harder, and to look just like me. These men are 15-20 years younger than me. The looks on their faces when I tell them my age!

Stop thinking negatively and doubting yourself. Stop complaining and throwing excuses ahead of you. Instead, get the attitude of gratitude. Challenge yourself to focus on accomplishing your goals. Forget your age, current situation, or whatever else may be holding you back. If your main goal is to be healthier, then prioritize it! Working out will help you to accomplish that and more, so make the time for it. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Remember this: “Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.”
