On this , we are grateful for cell phones.📱Cell phones allow us to keep in touch with people whom we may have not kept in touch with or even our family members. In fact, most of the tasks we perform on our computers can be done with our phones, making this very efficient because sometimes when completing simple tasks, we can just carry our phones instead of our heavy computers. This week we are grateful for cell phones for allowing us to keep in touch with one another as well as allowing us to save our time and money!🥰

Good morning everyone! We hope you are ready to begin another exciting week! On this motivating Monday, we wanted to share with everyone a warm reminder that we are all strong individuals who are always ready for any challenges that may come our way. Whatever this week may bring, whether it’s tasks, exams, or a handful of errands, we are tough and can handle the challenges and stress that come with it. The importance of taking breaks while working should also not be forgotten as many studies have shown that taking breaks increases the working levels along with the mental health of the workers. Therefore, always ensure that you are taking breaks when working or sitting for a long period of time! 💪

On this , we are thankful for sunlight as it makes us healthier and happier every day. Exposure to sunlight triggers different hormones that can make us feel happy, relaxed, calm, and focused. The sun provides warmth, energy, and happiness, therefore, this Thursday we deepen our gratitude for everything that the sun provides for us and the influences it has in our lives. This week we strongly encourage everyone to spend at least 20 minutes in the sun in order to meet the Vitamin D requirements for the day! 🥰

On this , we are grateful for our good health because being healthy allows us to spend time with our loved ones and stay with them longer in the future. Being healthy brings us joy, comfort, and satisfaction to carry on each day and experience every little thing in life. We can maintain our health by exercising regularly for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week, eating a healthy well-balanced diet, drinking 4-6 cups of water a day, and avoiding processed foods of any kind. Although there are many more ways to be healthy, just following one of these tips can make a difference to your health! 💪

Hanna Chung is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing out of Orange County in Southern California. Her professional experience over the past 13 years includes county-contracted settings as a clinician and clinical supervisor, group private practice, and private practice with individuals and couples. Currently, She’s in full-time private practice and works primarily with pre-engaged, premarital, and marital couples. “When some things go wrong, take a moment to be thankful for the many things that are going right.”– Annie Gottlier

When things sometimes don’t go the way we intend, we get discouraged and forget about the many other things in our lives that are going the right way and allow us to carry on our daily lives. Along the way, there may be some disappointing events that darken us that we forget to be grateful for everything else in our life that is going the way we need it to!💕On this Monday, we want everyone to find something that has been going right in our lives and be grateful. 🤩
