We arranged breakfast by catering from Chick-Fil-A and Art's Bagels to ensure Manor Lake's staff began their day on a high note. We are grateful for the chance to engage actively within our community.

Gently redirect conversations with clients or loved ones experiencing memory loss by acknowledging their feelings, using open-ended questions, and offering gentle reminders.

Keep them on track by engaging them in shared activities and use nonverbal cues like a warm smile. Repeat key words to keep them on track, avoid arguments, and use sensory stimulation to help them connect. Be patient and understanding throughout the interaction, as confusion is very common.
