When Michael first came to our clinic he was experiencing a heavy burden that was leading him to seek fulfillment through po*******hy which was leaving him empty and depressed. During his visit he had the chance to open up, confess his need for something different, and be encouraged with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a connection to the local church.

It changed everything for him.

🤰We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our early prenatal care service line with the addition of Amy Atkeisson, NP!

🙌 Access to early prenatal care is particularly challenging for women in low-income communities due to financial constraints, lack of transportation, and limited healthcare services. Since starting sonogram services on-site in 2021 and growing into an independent service line in 2023, Early Prenatal Care has become essential in ensuring the health and well-being of mothers and their babies. Our team diagnoses and monitors progress of pregnancies, manages potential complications, and provides vital health education; supporting women through both joyous and challenging times.

🚌 School is officially starting and in the past few weeks Watermark Health hosted 5 School Physical Days and served 183 students! These school physicals allow students to participate in healthy and productive extra-curricular activities, and identify any health concerns and follow up needed early on. A big thank you to the team members who served and donors who provided give-aways for students!   Join us in praying for those 183 students to have an awesome year where they grow closer to Jesus!

"During my years of medical practice I had served at Watermark Health as a provider, and was richly blessed by the experience. After my retirement from practice and no longer continuing my Physician's license, Watermark Health was gracious enough to allow me to serve in the tech role which has been a great experience for me in my retirement. I have grown in my willingness and ability to share the gospel with others and to pray with others with the encouragement of the staff and other volunteers. It has been so fun to be connected with this group of people who are serving the spiritual needs as well as the physical needs of people in our community who need it the most.
