I can’t believe it was a struggle to lift 10 pounds one month after surgery. I felt very emancipated after losing 44 pounds.

Pull day heavy weights in the books! 25 sets in 35 minutes with 45 second recovery between sets.

Wide grip lat pull downs
120 x 11, 8, 7, 7

Palm up shoulder width lat pull downs
120 x 10, 8, 7, 7

Seated rows
120 x 8, 8, 7, 8

Face pulls
70 x 9, 9, 8, 8

Barbell curls
50 x 8, 7, 7

DB trap rows + DB rear delt flies supersets
30+15 (12,8) , (10,8), (10,8)

Average heart rate 129 - peaked at 152 during supersets.

Never miss a Monday! Trying to get my chest strength back to pre surgery has been a bitch! Guess that is expected after they saw your breast plate open. I have been following some Mike Mentzer tips on my workouts. Reps to failure and 45 second recovery between sets. Heart rate stays in cardio around 125 BPM when churning through the workout. Unfortunately a 🥦 head was at the cable machine for 20 minutes taking 3 minute rests between sets while he browsed Insta, so I chose to skip it today.

Smith bench press
115 x 8, 7, 7, 5

Pec deck
90 x 9, 8, 7, 6

Cable decline press
broccoli 🥦 head

Tricep extension machine
70 x 10, 10, 8, 7
