It is amazing how many people have "anxiety" now. I mean how many friends and co-workers do you know that say they have anxiety. Maybe even you do. I have a friend who works at a logistics facility (place that delivers highly regulated medicine to pharmacies and hospitals) and according to him the employee's there are so anxious they have about 4 negative habits to cope with that environment.
Everyone except him smokes, they seem to all eat McDonald's, many of them have 3 or more drinks when they get home(except for my friend, neither one of us drink at all).
Yet did you know with the right strategies a person could do this job with minimal anxiety. I personally don't think anyone should stay at a place like this any longer than they need to, but it is possible. Why?

Anxiety is fear. Anxiety sounds cool, but it is really fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of failure etc. Emotions are nowhere close to meaningless. They just want to give you a message and leave. Most people don't want to receive the message. It turns out when you don't get the message, emotions turn into the worst telemarketers on earth.
The truth is you have to read between the lines to get the message. As a hypnosis practitioner I am really a detective, people tell me the "problem" and I dig 4 times deeper then they do to find the actual problem. I'll give you a hint, it never is about weight loss, smoking, etc. In many cases the issue is anxiety.
