But the number on the scale isn’t the whole story.
Caleb has one of the busiest schedules I’ve ever coached around. Most people would use that as an excuse.. he used it as a reason to get locked in.

We stopped chasing perfection and built a plan that actually fit his life. Consistent nutrition. Consistent training. Week after week, no matter what.

That’s what 21 lbs of progress looks like. And we’re just getting started.

Nathan came to me having already done something most people never do.. he lost 80lbs on his own. 💪🏼

But then.. he hit a rut. Plateaued. The things that got him from 335 to 255 weren’t producing the same results.

That’s where we connected.

In 4 months together, we dialed in three things:
🥩 Food choices that actually supported his goal
💪🏼 Meal frequency to keep his body working for him
🏋️ A structured training program built around real progression

The result? He went from 255 to 220. 35lbs gone! And, more importantly, built a system he can sustain.

But the number I’m most proud of isn’t on the scale.

It’s the fact that Nathan told me he can’t believe who he is now compared to who he used to be.

That’s what Progress Through Change is about. Not just the weight. The identity shift that comes with doing the work.

Here’s a for ya! Summer of 2016.

The final class of my Personal Training certification through The Cooper Institute of Dallas.

Was an honor to get to meet and learn under Dr. Cooper himself, who had just got back from climbing a mountain. Wild that fitness is quite literally the fountain of youth. An absolute wealth of knowledge and pioneer in the health and wellness space.

In fact I respect him so much, I now have copied his haircut. 👨🏻‍🦲
