Our office has made some recent changes due to COVID-19. Starting Thursday, March 26th until further notice our new office hours will be Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am until Noon. The office will remain closed in Dallas on Wednesdays but open in Richardson. There still will be no allergy injections on Friday. In order to promote social distancing we are asking that everyone schedule an appointment for their allergy injections so that no one overlaps. We are also now offering Televisits for follow up appointments so you do not have to come into the office. You can visit with the doctor through a video conference. In order to maintain a safe environment for our staff as well as our patients we will be screening everyone regarding symptoms due to the coronavirus prior to entering our clinic. If you have any questions or need to schedule an appointment for your injection or a televisit please call our office at 972-661-9197

Our main priority is to keep our patients and staff safe in regards to COVID-19. If you can check off any of the following within 14 days please stay home and give our office a call.

* Have a fever
* Have a cough
* Are fatigued
* Have shortness of Breath
* Been out of the country
* Been out of the state
* Been around anyone that has any of the above

We are happy to have a televisit with you or your child. If you haven't already signed up for our patient portal, please do so. You can either go to our website www.allergy-dallas.net and in the upper right hand corner click on patient portal. If you are already signed up with Healow (healow.com) with another doctor you can search for Allergy and Immunology of Dallas either with the practice name or our practice code which is AEJEBD

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give our office a call.

Please remember to take the following precautions to help you and your family stay safe:

* Stay at home if you are sick
* Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially if you have been out in a public place or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
* Avoid close contact with people who are sick
* If you are in public please maintain a 6-foot distance between you and others

The start of the school year is quickly approaching. Please make sure to bring or fax all your school forms that need to be completed in to our office as soon as possible. Our nurses will get them filled out and signed as soon as they can. Due to large number of forms that we receive, they will not be completed while you wait. Please let our staff know if you would like for us to mail, fax, or call you when they are ready to be picked up. If faxing, please make sure to give us a fax number.

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am - 11:30 am
Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Richardson injection hours will remain the same.

Dearest Patients,

It is with mixed emotion that I am announcing my departure from Allergy and Immunology of Dallas (AID). I appreciate the trust you have shown in allowing me to provide for your medical needs. My last day at AID will be April 26, 2019.

After that date, you may stay at AID under the care of Dr. William Neaville. For those who stay, no action regarding medical records is necessary as your records will remain with AID. Patients who wish to establish care with another physician may request to have their records transferred. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be sent to another physician or released to you or another person only through your written consent.

Once again, I am grateful for the opportunity to have been your physician. Best wishes for a healthy future!
