Our office has made some recent changes due to COVID-19. Starting Thursday, March 26th until further notice our new office hours will be Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am until Noon. The office will remain closed in Dallas on Wednesdays but open in Richardson. There still will be no allergy injections on Friday. In order to promote social distancing we are asking that everyone schedule an appointment for their allergy injections so that no one overlaps. We are also now offering Televisits for follow up appointments so you do not have to come into the office. You can visit with the doctor through a video conference. In order to maintain a safe environment for our staff as well as our patients we will be screening everyone regarding symptoms due to the coronavirus prior to entering our clinic. To help out with social distancing we are now scheduling appointments for allergy injections. Please call our office at (972) 661-9197 to schedule an appointment if you plan on getting your injections. Also we are offering Televisits now for all sick and follow up appointments.

Our main priority is to keep our patients and staff safe in regards to COVID-19. If you can check off any of the following within 14 days please stay home and give our office a call.

* Have a fever
* Have a cough
* Are fatigued
* Have shortness of Breath
* Been out of the country
* Been out of the state
* Been around anyone that has any of the above

We are happy to have a televisit with you or your child. If you haven't already signed up for our patient portal, please do so. You can either go to our website www.allergy-dallas.net and in the upper right hand corner click on patient portal. If you are already signed up with Healow (healow.com) with another doctor you can search for Allergy and Immunology of Dallas either with the practice name or our practice code which is AEJEBD

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give our office a call.

Please remember to take the following precautions to help you and your family stay safe:

* Stay at home if you are sick
* Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially if you have been out in a public place or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
* Avoid close contact with people who are sick
* If you are in public please maintain a 6-foot distance between you and others
