Fit4mom West Plano Helping moms make strides in fitness, motherhood, and life. FIT4MOM is dedicated to the Strength In Motherhood. We will offer support and education for moms.

By providing classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood. Through our classes, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood. We will help moms achieve their ultimate potential, both physically and emotionally. We will inspire moms to reach optimal health and well being. We will inspire children to emulate their moms and make fitness a part of their lives.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Shannon!

To know her is to love her, Shannon is our Friday Strides 360 queen! Also a long-time member of this Fit4Mom village, Shannon brings many talents to the table (can anyone say Zumba? 😊) She can dance, she’s an avid runner, a professor, and she’s passionate about helping moms feel confident and prepared for all that life brings us. Her sweet son Walt is her “why” and he is the best side kick/assistant!

“My little guy and I started Fit4Mom West Plano over five years ago and it has become such a pivotal part of our lives. I was looking for a way to work out with my little one and find a community of like-minded moms who could provide social engagement and friendship for both of us; after having Walt I had made the decision to quit my job to stay home with him and I didn’t know anyone who was also in this season of life. I never imagined that experience would be so life changing. This community of strong moms has been the source of our greatest and dearest friendships. There is no better village in which to celebrate the joys, love, trials and laughs of motherhood as we watch our littles grow and learn together. And even better, our weekly classes and playdates allow us to move our bodies and strengthen our minds and hearts. I am forever thankful for this amazing family.”
