What a way to wrap up the year! 🌟

This month, the 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀 Veterans In Business groups came together to talk growth, strategy, and giving back.

Special thanks to 𝗛𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 of 𝗝𝗣𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 for joining us to present the "Coaching for Impact Program." It’s inspiring to see major institutions like Chase providing the mentorship and tools our veteran-owned businesses need to thrive. 📈

𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆, 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 🎖️

We had two fantastic Veterans in Business meetups in 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀 and 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 this month, filled with valuable connections!

A major highlight was the Q&A with Jim Grundy of Sisu Energy LLC in 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵. Jim shared a profound leadership moment: he turned down a massive buyout offer because he felt a deep responsibility to protect his team, prioritizing them as family over profit. His drive? The core values were instilled from his Marine upbringing.

In 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀, we heard from Phil Simmons of Get Real Media and Robin Carter from Operation Homefront (our honored nonprofit partner), who brought such an incredible perspective to our network.
