I am standing at a fork in the road.
I cannot wait until I get old.
This big decision must be made now,
For, time has passed so quickly somehow.
Fear and excitement fill my body & mind.
How could have been so freakin' blind,
As I begin this journey one moment at a time
I feel a sense of freedom as I make this climb.
I wonder what took me so long,
It’s probably just that negative song.
But now I’m flying, and I feel so free,
That I made my decision about who I want to be.

If you think about what kinds of questions that you are asking yourself around your anxiety, you probably will find that they make you feel more anxious, hopeless, and powerless.

❌Why is this happening to me?
❌Is there something wrong with me?
❌How long is this going to last?

If you ask better questions, you will get better answers.
💡What am I thinking or believing that creates this anxiety?
💡Is this specific anxious thought absolutely true?
💡Am I really in danger or unsafe right now?
