✨Feeling exhausted, disconnected, or like you're running on autopilot? It might be more than just stress.✨

Burnout can show up in ways that are easy to overlook...emotional exhaustion, irritability, difficulty concentrating, feeling detached from work or relationships, and a loss of motivation for things you once enjoyed.

In our latest blog, Barrett Mick explores the signs of burnout, why it happens, and how therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and prevent burnout from taking a greater toll on your well-being. 🌱

Mental health awareness also means making space for the emotions that are harder to talk about...grief, loss, overwhelm, loneliness, trauma, and emotional exhaustion.

For many people, holidays like Memorial Day can bring up complex feelings and memories. There is no “right” way to experience this weekend, and you are allowed to care for yourself however you need!

At IRR Dallas, we believe mental health care begins with compassion, connection, and feeling understood. You do not have to navigate difficult emotions alone. 🤍

Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that mental health is not separate from everyday life...it’s woven into how we think, feel, connect, cope, and care for ourselves.

At IRR Dallas, we believe healing begins with compassion, curiosity, and support, not shame!

You do not have to have everything figured out to reach out for help. 🤍

IRR is honored to support the Serve for Sobriety Pickleball Tournament & Fundraiser, hosted by The Twelfth Step Ministry!

While it will be a fun night... this event is an opportunity to come together in support of recovery and healing!

Twelfth Step Ministry continues to make a lasting impact across DFW by creating spaces where individuals and families can find support, encouragement, and hope in recovery.

At IRR, we deeply value the role a community plays in healing. Recovery is not meant to happen in isolation, and events like this remind people that support, connection, and change are possible!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

We encourage you to approach your story with curiosity instead of judgment. Mental health struggles are more common than many people realize, and reaching out for support is a sign of courage...not weakness.

You are not alone, and healing does not have to happen alone either. 🤍

✨What if you could change the way painful memories are stored in your mind?✨

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer trigger the same emotional and physical reactions, often in as few as 1–5 sessions. 💫

In her latest blog, Veronica breaks down how ART works, what to expect in a session, and how it can support healing from trauma, anxiety, and more. 🕊️

📍Veronica offers in-person sessions in Dallas, TX, and virtual therapy across Texas, Arizona, and Florida.

Head to our website to read the full blog and learn more about how ART can support your healing journey!

We had an amazing evening spending time with the team from ✨Capstone Wellness✨. It’s always a pleasure to connect with professionals who are doing meaningful work in the recovery and mental health community, and a special thank you to Hall Ratcliffe for hosting such a wonderful evening, for the continued partnership and collaboration, and for supporting our clinicians in their individual professional growth.💚

Recovery is not meant to be done alone. 🍃

This 16-week group is designed to provide accountability, support, and a safe space for individuals healing from compulsive s*xual behaviors. Together, group members will work through the Facing the Shadow workbook and the first 7 tasks of recovery through education, sharing, and supportive feedback.

If you’re looking to strengthen and stabilize your recovery, this group could be a great next step. 💚

We’re grateful for the opportunity our IRR team had to attend The Uncharted Path: Working with Families & Couples, hosted by Campbell Recovery Services and sponsored by EnterHealth. 🍃

This event brought together an incredible panel of experienced coaches, therapists, and professionals working throughout the addiction recovery space. It was a meaningful time to listen, learn, and gain insight from a variety of perspectives on supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating recovery.

At IRR, we value opportunities like this that allow us to stay connected to our professional community and continue expanding how we support the individuals and families we serve. We’re thankful to Campbell Recovery Services and Enterhealth for creating a space for collaboration, conversation, and shared learning. 🤍
