About Jennifer Vanek
Welcome! I'm Jennifer ~ 5 foot 11, wife, mommy of 3 and founder of Fivelleven Pilates. Pilates found it's way into my busy life and into my heart years ago. It fired a passion in me that I knew I wanted to eventually share with others.
As a tall woman, Pilates unfolded many things for me. It helped my posture, strengthened my core, eased my back and neck pain and helped me throughout my second pregnancy and post baby. Pilates has given me a confidence in something that I can connect with, both mentally and physically.
Pilates is meant for every body shape and size, no matter your fitness level. We are all busy with life, but Pilates can work for everyone's schedule. All you need is a mat and the drive. Let me share my passion and help find what Pilates means to you.
