When your Anahata chakra is in alignment, you're connected to the world around you and feel an abundance of love. If you feel your heart chakra is out of balance practice gratitude whether you're speaking loving affirmations or journaling. Mindfulness meditation with loving intentions is another great tool to align your heart chakra. A yoga pose that invites balance and serenity into your practice is the bridge pose or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.
