This is a 63-year-old patient who wanted improvement in her lower eyelids.

She felt her eyes looked tired and had dark circles that didn’t respond to topical treatments.

We performed a lower blepharoplasty in the office, and she was pleased with her results!

Dimpleplasty is a procedure done under local anesthesia.

We go inside the mouth, so there are no external incisions, and use a tiny suture to anchor the skin to the underlying muscle. This creates the dimple in the cheek.
