Quick check-in: how are you really doing?

Take a moment to pause and ask yourself:
How am I feeling?
What do I need right now?
Am I giving myself enough care & space to rest?

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Tag someone you care about to remind them to check-in as well. 💚

By sharing knowledge, strengthening partnerships and focusing on outreach, this collaboration helps improve health outcomes and expand access to care for women who are often underserved and overlooked.

Some women show up with more than support-they show up with heart. 🩷

For the second time, our BEXA program returned to First Baptist Church in Lampasas, where these incredible volunteers once again went above and beyond for the women in their community. From organizing thoughtful goody bags filled with donations from local businesses to homemade cookies, they remind every woman who walks through the door that she matters.

Sometimes the best reminders come from a friend. Tag someone who may need a little encouragement to schedule that check-up or prioritize their health this week.
