Hi ya'll!
I'm Megan, the new owner of Balance Through Massage.
I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 5 years and don't see an end in sight. It has always been a dream to have my own private massage practice.
I'm excited to have the freedom to customize each session to your needs without the corporate pressure of hitting sales and overcharging on services.
Each appointment will be customized to you with the ultimate goal of pain relief, increased flexibility, and total relaxation. I have been known to be very detailed oriented in my style and use different techniques such as: Deep tissue, Swedish, Myofascial release, and Athletic stretching.

Alongside my massage therapy practice, I am also a certified yoga & meditation teacher. You can find me teaching throughout the week in Uptown Dallas and will be incorporating a mindful practice here at Balance Through Massage.
