I’m doing something I’ve never done before… but then again, this course isn’t like anything I’ve ever done before.
Decoding Identity is the next step after breaking the effect of the past. It’s not just about getting free—it’s about learning how to live free.
For years I’ve said, Freedom isn’t the absence of something—it’s the Presence of Someone.
But I realized… I hadn’t really taught people how to live in that Presence.
How do we live as spiritual beings, not just humans doing spiritual things?
In Decoding Identity—an 8-week course including streaming video, live Zooms, daily workbook practices, and an online community—we'll move from head knowledge to real, transformational practice.
This course brings together:
• Biblical truth
• Neuroscience
• Freedom principles
• A bit of quantum physics
All to help you experience God with ease and wonder.
We’ll learn and practice together how to live still, grounded in His Presence—shifting from material-focused living to spirit-first living.

We are all either moving towards or away from our Created and intended design. Limiting beliefs, of both religious and experiential nature can ensnare us in more limitations and a lesser version of ourselves.
I have spent years on the trail of finding who I am and inviting others to join in the search for their highest created self.
The search for God is also the search for wholeness and discovery of true identity.
The result of this search has taken on so many endeavors... and I think one of the most fruitful has been our most recent version of training. Today, we offer that training to coaches, counselors and helpers around the world.
Registration is open now for training starting October 7.

In searching for a coach or counselor, it is important to remember that those roles, or titles represent a wide array of personalities, belief systems and models. To find the right person to help you, remember you are the customer and we are the service industry.
People struggle because they look for someone to help and often automatically assume that the professional is the authority, without first vetting their experience, their model, their maturity and the match between client and helper.
Don't start the process of coaching and counseling right away. Ask questions. Ask about their experience and background. Ask about their model, and if they use counselor-speak in their answer, ask them to break it down.
Trust your gut reactions to your initial exchange. The "click" between client and helper is essential.
You are our employer. Hire for what you need and trust.

This is my favorite quote from one of our training graduates.

If deep and lasting change is going to happen, it is crucial for the teacher, coach or counselor to not meet the student or clients expectations. If they already expect what you do, they would have already changed. We must surprise the mind with a new way to think.

Our model engages three paradigms, integrated into one practice-able model. These three paradigms all shift the mind from one way of seeing to another.

This month (August 2024) we are doing something we have never done before.

One of our training courses is available to ALL of our subscribers.
Our "featured Course of the Month" is The Think Differently Model, a course which has only been previously available to those who registered for our 12 week training,

The question I asked myself for years... what did my professional training ( a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy) have to do with the reality of Jesus life, death and resurrection, and specifically, with the Freedom that He offers us?

To this day I still ask the question and chase the answer.

My response?

As I began to discover answers that seemed to make a difference I also began to offer training opportunities for people who were also asking this question.

At first it was college students, and a few interested counselors. But over the years both the "who" and the "how many" grew in diversity and number. Eventually our live trainings drew hundreds of people at a time, literally from all around the world.

The training we do today is our most potent model for two reasons.
First, we have a unique opportunity for each participant to get hands on practice of a range of transformational skills. Our online model allows us to coach these practice sessions in real time.
Second, because we are online, we are able to bring together people from all around the world, and they don't have to deal with travel, room and board to get the full impact of this training.
