Emotional intelligence is...

A weak man is abusive, disrespectful, spiteful, and vindictive. He blames others for his actions, and never takes accountability. He feels entitled to take his anger and negative feelings out on his victims, instead of dealing with his own feelings and emotions like an adult. He will try to silence his targets. He has to intimidate, give orders, bully, and make threats to feel powerful. This isn't a real man. It's a weak, abusive, coward.

True strength lies in vulnerability, empathy, and self-awareness. A real man acknowledges his flaws, takes responsibility for his actions, and treats others with kindness and respect. He communicates openly, listens actively, and seeks solutions rather than scapegoats.

Abuse is never an act of strength; it's a cry for help from someone who's struggling with their own demons. Don't confuse toxicity with masculinity. Real men uplift and support those around them, rather than tearing them down. They lead with compassion, understanding, and integrity. That's what truly makes a man strong.
