Liz from the Library brought some holiday joy to our home. 🥰❤️ Our residents had a wonderful time with Christmas themed bingo, lots of laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of festive spirit. Moments like these are what the season is all about, connection, community, and a little fun together! 🎄🎁

Ice cream days at Walnut Creek are always a hit, and this one came with a special guest. 🍦🍁

Our residents enjoyed a sweet treat, great conversation, and a visit from the cutest little fall ambassador! And since food is such a big part of feeling at home, we’re adding a couple of mealtime snapshots from the fall season too. Cozy, familiar favorites shared together!

Let’s just say… our residents (and team!) understood the assignment. 😄💇‍♂️✨ Crazy Hair Day brought big energy, bright colors, and some truly unforgettable looks. From spikes to creative curls and everything in between, this was one of the most fun days of Spirit Week by far!

Earlier in our Spirit Week, we kept things low-key with Crazy Sock Day and a casual nod to Flannel Day. A few fun patterns, some cheerful energy, and just the right mix of spirit to ease into the week.

There may not be a lot of flannel in these photos, but the day was still full! With bingo, puzzles, homemade fudge, time with family and a special visit with First Baptist Methodist Church! Their visits always bring warmth, kindness, and a sense of connection that means a lot to everyone here!

Last week we had a sweet visit from Kristen with Hearth Hospice at both Lighthouse homes and she didn’t come empty-handed! 🥧💛 She brought pumpkin pie to share, and it was the perfect treat! Afterward, we spent time working on puzzles and enjoying a calm afternoon together!
