Fall Equinox Sound Bath and Restore 🍁

This special 75 minute Fall Equinox Sound Bath and Restore is a restful yoga class designed to strengthen and calm your nervous system.

Class will begin with a mellow warm-up, before diving into a series of restorative postures, while your instructor moves about the room, bathing you in the sounds of various musical instruments and offering Reiki energy healing.

Class will end with an extended savasana and sound bath meditation using a variety of crystal and Tibetan sound bowls.

Mobility Flow is a moderate yoga class where we bring mobility and yoga postures together.

Designed to help you increase range of motion, enhance balance, and create stability in the joints. Athletes of all ages and modalities experience enhanced performance and faster recovery, while aiding in injury prevention.

Expect functional movements sprinkled throughout class while using props to explore variations that enhance your usable range of motion and meet you where you are in your movement journey.

Great for individuals wanting to work on their functional movement patterns. For beginners, athletes with varied movement practices, as well as long-time practitioners.

Restorative Yoga and Massage Workshop⚡️

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that involves holding poses for longer periods of time with the support of props.

Reiki infused massage is a marriage of the Japanese healing art of reiki energy work with the targeted muscle work of physical touch massage.

Throughout the workshop, you can expect to be guided through breath work and meditation, while you spend time in restorative postures and receive an abundance of aromatherapy-infused targeted muscle massage and hands-on reiki.

Self Investment: $45 for monthly unlimited members
$50 for regular/non members

When: September 14th from 2-3:30 pm

Introducing Rhythm and Flow ⚡️

The deets: Rhythm and Flow is a dynamic vinyasa yoga class designed to join the rhythm of contemporary and upbeat music, dynamic movement, and breathwork together. Expect epic playlists curated to bring uplifting energy to the practice. The sequencing invites you to link your movement, breath, and transitions with the rhythmic cues throughout the songs.

Who’s this class for: Great for music lovers, dance enthusiasts, and individuals interested in moving with the music in their flowing practice.
This class is perfect for advanced beginners up to long-time practitioners.

When is class offered: Thursdays at 5:30 pm beginning 8/21

It seems like the term “regulated nervous system” is having a moment.
So we wanted to take a moment to talk about what exactly a regulated nervous system is.
One thing it is not, is being calm, cool, and collected all the time. Our bodies naturally go through states of regulation and dis-regulation all day long.

When you are running late and stressed about getting where you need to be on time, or you get a phone call from that person, or you feel unsteady in a single leg balancing pose in a yoga class. These are all times of dis-regulation, when your sympathetic nervous system-also known as your flight or flight response-can kick in. The sympathetic nervous system activates the body’s stress response and prepares it for action. You experience these types of stressors multiple times throughout your day. And in small doses, these stressors can be beneficial for your mind and body.

When you practice pranayama and take a few deep, calming breaths, or get a comforting hug from a loved one, or you practice some restorative poses (even if it is only savanna at the end of a yoga class). These are all times of regulation, when your parasympathetic nervous system-also know as your rest and digest function-can kick in. The parasympathetic nervous system promotes relaxation, digestion, and recovery. Activities that stimulate it can help the body calm down after stress. You need times like this throughout your day to help bring you back to a balanced state.

So what makes you have a regulated nervous system? It is your capacity to effectively respond to moments of stress (like rushing and running late) and then be able to return to a calm and centered place.

It is your ability to adapt and recover from challenging situations, whether that be difficult situations in life or difficult yoga postures. Having the ability to come back to your breath, your body, and feeling balanced is what a regulated nervous system can look like.

Class Spotlight: Slow Flow ⚡️

Slow Flow is a mellow yoga class designed to allow you to have a meditative practice. Expect simple yet meaningful transitions and extra support in postures. You will walk away feeling deeply relaxed, as this class will end with an extended savasana and often paired with a guided meditation.
This class is great for those new to yoga and those who enjoy taking their time in postures.
Slow Flow is an all levels class and is beginner friendly.

Introducing our newest offering:
Onyx Moon : Prenatal Kundalini Yoga & Community Prenatal Circle. ⚡️

A sacred space for pregnant people to awaken the divine feminine — and gather in community.

We begin with a deeply grounding Kundalini prenatal yoga class, where we meditate, practice mantra, connect to breath, and move intuitively to clear stagnant energy, release stigma and anxiety, and support the body through its sacred transformation. We’ll also journal, rest, and tend to mind, body, and soul.

This is a ritual, a ceremony, an honoring of your unique birth story—wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.

Following yoga, we invite you and your partner/support person to stay for our Community Prenatal Circle—a monthly themed gathering held with Taylor, a doula/birth worker and yoga instructor.

This is a space to ask questions, receive guidance, learn together, and feel held by a larger community. Whether it’s your first pregnancy or you have experienced pregnancy before, this circle is a place to get your needs met and feel connected and empowered through each stage of this journey.

Together, we honor your body, your voice, and your story.

As we move into the hot and long days of summer, things are shifting at the studio. ⚡️

We have added TWO new classes to our ever growing schedule!

On Mondays at 5 pm join our newest teacher, Kennedy, for Flow class. This class is a dynamic dance between effort and ease, designed for you to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance.

We also added another Sound Bath & Restore with Paula to our schedule. You can join her Thursdays at 6:45 pm, to strengthen and calm your nervous system, then head home for a great night sleep.

Join us for our special Restorative Yoga & Massage Workshop — where deep relaxation meets intentional healing.

Expect to:
Sink into soothing poses supported by props

Open House! ⚡️

Join us and a handful of amazing woman owned small businesses this Thursday, June 26th for our Open House!

It all kicks off with a free Power Flow class with Alexis at 5:30 pm at Flow on Main. Afterwards, from 6:30-8 pm we will have an open studio! Drop by and say hello and enter our raffle.

Then make your way downstairs to Rose Quartz Spatique to say hello to Becca! Any service booked during open house will receive a 10% discount!

You can then head over to the Dalton Garage and visit Tammy at Total Balance Pilates! Tammy will be having an open studio with demos. As well as special package pricing!

Nextdoor to Tammy is Claudia Colombari with her amazing Chiropractic care studio. Stop by to say hello and experience hands on demos of muscle testing!

There will also be a guest appearance by Shawn of Eterna Love offering permanent jewelry.
