Hello friends! I am excited and grateful to announce that I will be giving a talk on early springtime herbs for the Innovative Gardeners of Chickamauga at their February meeting!

Here we will learn about identifying and utilizing local flora in your everyday life through diet and simple home remedies, taking a closer look at nutritional value, practical use cases, and methods of preparation.

Many of these you will likely be familiar with, but I hope to take you a few layers deeper into the wonders that exist all around us just within arm’s reach!

The meeting is free and open to the public, so I hope to see you there!

We just had our last full moon of the year, and when the next new moon (Dec. 19) rolls around we will be right on the cusp of the Winter Solstice (Dec. 21) and the true season’s change!
