You can't separate what's not connected. If your mind, body and spirit are chaotic and all over the place, you won't be able to differentiate the individual parts from the whole. First become a whole being (mind, body, and spirit), then separate the difference between the parts. Take power over what you can and let go of the rest. Watch God start to work in your life. This is a picture of the spare treatment room I have available for rent. It would be a great fit for a massage therapist, esthetician, or any state board licensed professional intersted in setting up their own practice. The rent includes clerical space for your desk and computer, plus use of the yoga floor if you practice manual stretching. Yoga floor use would have to be scheduled outside of class times.
