As we celebrate and its global call to do good, we’re turning our focus to an area that impacts thousands of older Georgians: "Older Driver Safety Awareness Week"
Here are a few simple reminders that support safer, more confident driving:
• Stay up-to-date on vision and hearing checks
• Avoid nighttime or high-traffic driving when possible
• Review medications for side effects that may impact driving
• Plan trips ahead of time and choose familiar routes
• Keep vehicles well-maintained and clutter-free
