Eggceptional Fertility was founded on the goal of helping create families. Over the years, we have established a diverse group of accomplished donors and surrogates. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of care and support to our donors, surrogates, and intended parents. We fully understand the joys and challenges that are part of this journey, and we value the generous contribution of our donors and surrogates. Founded in 2008 as Eggceptional Donor Group, we later developed Eggceptional Surrogates at our clients’ request, expanding our services to include surrogacy for our domestic and international intended parents. With our continued growth we have decided to join both companies and emerge as Eggceptional Fertility, allowing us to utilize our expertise and resources to provide an even better personal experience for our clients.

Many surrogates finish their first journey and feel inspired to do it again — and often, you can! Here’s what to know:

1️⃣ You Can Be a Repeat Surrogate

Having completed a successful journey is a big plus. You already understand the process and know it’s meaningful for you. You’ll just need to meet the standard requirements again.

2️⃣ Why Surrogates Come Back

Many enjoy pregnancy, love helping families, or are asked to carry a sibling for the same intended parents. The experience is rewarding on every level.

3️⃣ What to Consider

Make sure your current health, family support, and lifestyle can handle another year-long journey. ASRM recommends no more than 5 vaginal or 3 cesarean births.

4️⃣ How It’s Different

The process is smoother the second time, with quicker steps and higher compensation. If you’ve worked with us before, much of your intake is already complete.

Use full sentences and share your story thoughtfully. The more you open up, the easier it is for intended parents to connect with you.

Include both family photos and 1–2 solo shots. Choose good lighting, a warm smile, no hats or sunglasses, and an outfit that feels like you.

Thinking about becoming an egg donor and wondering how travel works? We’ve guided donors through this process for over a decade — here’s what to expect on your journey. 💛

🌍 Why Do Egg Donors Travel?

Most of your cycle happens at home, but you’ll travel to the intended parents’ fertility clinic for two key appointments.

📅 When Will I Need to Travel?

1️⃣ Medical Screening (Quick Trip!)
• Happens after you’re matched
• Usually a 2-day trip
• Travel the day before, head home after your appointment

2️⃣ Egg Retrieval (Longer Stay)
• Typically 5–8 days
• Arrive at least one day before
• Stay one day after
• Some clinics may ask you to stay longer for monitoring — we’ll guide you through every detail

👯‍♀️ Do Egg Donors Travel Alone?

• Screening trip: Solo is totally fine
• Retrieval trip: You must bring a support person — you’ll receive light anesthesia, so someone needs to help you back to your hotel and be with you as you recover 💕

💸 Who Pays for Travel?

Great news — all required travel costs are covered by the intended parents, including:
✔️ Flights for you + your support person
✔️ Hotel stay
✔️ Meals
✔️ Transportation to and from the clinic

Our company was founded on the goal of helping create families. We have established an outstanding group of donors from all ethnicities. Our donors are truly special young women that exemplify both the physical and character traits any couple wishing to have a child would want. Just one look at our database and you’ll see what we mean. The Eggceptional Donor Group understands that the overall health and well being of our donors is key to a successful donation. Each of our donors goes through an extensive screening process. This ensures a smooth and efficient donation and provides the intended parents with the comfort and security to move forward.
