Eggceptional Fertility was founded on the goal of helping create families. Over the years, we have established a diverse group of accomplished donors and surrogates. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of care and support to our donors, surrogates, and intended parents. We fully understand the joys and challenges that are part of this journey, and we value the generous contribution of our donors and surrogates. Founded in 2008 as Eggceptional Donor Group, we later developed Eggceptional Surrogates at our clients’ request, expanding our services to include surrogacy for our domestic and international intended parents. With our continued growth we have decided to join both companies and emerge as Eggceptional Fertility, allowing us to utilize our expertise and resources to provide an even better personal experience for our clients.

Short answer: Yes!

Many women ask, “Can I be a surrogate if my tubes are tied?” And the answer may surprise you. 💛

Because modern surrogacy is gestational surrogacy, the embryo is created through IVF and transferred directly into the uterus. Your ovaries and fallopian tubes aren’t part of the process—so having a tubal ligation does not prevent you from becoming a surrogate.

✔️ No genetic connection to the baby
✔️ No impact on your ability to carry a healthy pregnancy
✔️ Tubal ligation can even be an added benefit during treatment

For those that don’t know, Jennifer had a very eventful Christmas week! Her water broke unexpectedly on December 23rd. She delivered baby Christopher James at 8:09pm the same day with no epidural! ❤️😬😅

Christopher was due on January 22nd so we were very worried for him. Thankfully, he came in at 5lbs. 10oz. and didn’t require any NICU stay! 🙌

Jennifer doing well and ready to focus on making 2026 my BEST year ever physically, spiritually, mentally, and professionally. ❤️

Congratulations on completing this journey, Jen! As you know this is such a wonderful gift. 🫶🏻
