Understanding your fertility starts with knowing your numbers — especially AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) and FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone).

📊 What’s a healthy range?
🔹 AMH
• 1.0–4.0 ng/mL = Normal
• Lower levels may indicate reduced ovarian reserve
• Higher levels may be seen with PCOS

🔹 FSH
• Below 10 mIU/mL (on day 3 of your cycle) = Generally considered normal
• Higher levels may indicate your ovaries are working harder to stimulate follicle growth

🤰 The Surrogate Process: What to Expect 🤰

At Eggceptional Fertility, we work exclusively with gestational surrogates — a beautiful and selfless way to help families grow. 💛

Here’s how it works:
🧬 An embryo is created using the intended mother’s egg (or an egg donor’s) and the intended father’s s***m (or a s***m donor’s).
🌱 That embryo is then carefully transferred to the gestational surrogate, who carries the pregnancy and helps bring a new life into the world.

The surrogate is not genetically related to the baby — she’s providing the incredible gift of carrying the child to term.

✨ Egg Retrieval Day: What to Expect ✨

Once your eggs have matured, it’s time for the next step — egg retrieval! 💫

You'll visit the fertility clinic, where a doctor will perform a quick and simple procedure under light anesthesia. The entire process takes just 20–30 minutes.

🛌 You’ll rest for a short while after, and since anesthesia is used, you’ll need someone to drive you home. Most of our amazing donors are back to their normal routines within a day or two!
