As we step into the new year, Dr. Joe wanted to share a message on behalf of the entire SHFT team to thank our patients, partners, and community for the trust and support you’ve shown us. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of your journey toward better movement and health.

This year is shaping up to be a big one for SHFT. We have some exciting announcements ahead — including the opening of our new Belmont location — with more details coming soon. As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to provide high-quality chiropractic care, movement therapy, and recovery services that help our community move better every day.

🦶 Helping Young Athletes Recover & Stay in the Game

In this session, Junro works with a youth athlete dealing with heel inflammation—a common issue from overuse, growth, and repetitive impact.

Here’s what you’re seeing in the video:
✅ Scraping (IASTM) to improve circulation and break up tissue restriction
✅ Cupping to reduce inflammation and relieve tension in the lower leg
