Don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 2:00 AM.

While we may lose an hour of sleep, we gain longer daylight in the evenings. It’s a reminder to enjoy the extra sunshine and warmer evenings outside.

We’re rolling into Day 4 of Pride in Foodservice Week! Today’s spotlight is on Wilfredo, our phenomenal foodservice aide who is truly the heartbeat of the kitchen!

Wilfredo handles restocking food products with exceptional speed (keeping shelves perfectly supplied at all times), expertly prepares tubefeeding supplies, and keeps everything spotless and organized.

No job is too much for Wilfredo. He’s always willing to jump in and help wherever needed with reliability that the whole team depends on. Even though he’s a person of few words, his kindness comes through loud and clear every time he says his signature “thank you thank you,” which instantly brightens the day for everyone around him.

Wilfredo, thank you thank you for your incredible speed, your top-notch organization, your thorough cleaning, your unwavering helpfulness, and the way you make everything run so smoothly behind the scenes. We’re so lucky to have you!

Continuing the Pride in Foodservice Week celebration! Next up, we’re giving a huge shoutout to Adrian, our dedicated diet clerk in our Skilled Nursing Facility!

For those who might not know, a diet clerk is the backbone of the kitchen operation. They carefully check trays for accuracy to ensure every meal meets specific dietary needs, handle requests for alternate meals, create precise meal tickets, and track/tally meals so our cooks and food services aides have everything they need to keep things running smoothly. It’s detailed, essential work that keeps patients safe and satisfied!

Adrian brings so much passion to his role. He’s a true wealth of knowledge, and he’s always ready to lend a helping hand to colleagues and residents alike. With a constant smile, Adrian’s commitment to our residents shines through in every interaction, turning routine tasks into acts of genuine compassion.

Adrian, thank you for being the steady, smiling force that helps everything come together behind the scenes.
