“I came here today for the first time and I LOVED my Bikram yoga class with Christine. I swear my endorphins are still going from our 9:30 class. I haven’t participated in a yoga class in years, and our instructor Christine created a calm and welcoming experience. The pace was perfect, and she was a great coach while doing poses. I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow but I’m definitely looking forward to another class. Thank you!” ✨

Practicing this posture in a heated room allows your muscles to lengthen safely, increasing circulation to the lower limbs while supporting overall mobility. 🌿

This pose is particularly therapeutic for lower back pain, sciatica, rheumatism, and varicose veins, and it can also help prevent hernias by strengthening the core and lower abdomen.
