Core training is as much important as training other body parts !
Try to incorporate 2-3 times a week core training after your strength training which will not only improve your posture but also overall core strength.

1.Drinking enough water about gallon a day will have enormous effects on your health especially during workout time.

2.Pre-workout 24oz of water and during about 32oz and after about 24oz of water will help your overall performance.

3.Upon waking up, 15-20oz of water will help you boost your metabolism (even better if you add lemon).

Water will flush out toxins from your body and leaner than you will ever be.
