Guys it's been a long time since I have posted, my deepest apologies as my 1st semester in grad school was heavy, and with that being said I am focusing this semester to better self-care, I have put on some weight and am now up to 180lbs 😱 I haven't weight since my seventh month of pregnancy(15 yrs ago). I am less active and not so healthy choices in eating however I plan to do better. I am NOT claiming new year new you cause that's like a New Year's resolution and I don't do those but I do vow to strive to do better and get this weight off, so with the help of my friends from doTERRA and better life choices let's do this. I will post my progress monthly. Anyone that wants to join this let's do it and cheer on, encourage and empower each through this journey.
