Little shoutout to my client/homie who trusted me with his goals on changing his physique and so far throughout our journey together we’ve gotten him to not only change his physique correctly but also develop a healthy relationship with food and keep it sustainable where he won’t yo-yo back up in weight and cut out a bunch of cravings! We still have work to do but he’s got that love for the gym and change his perspective on food!

On the first slide we have someone who walked in through the door wanting to make a change and wanted to start her first month of training, learning the art of boxing and doing the fundamentals and learning more about weight loss
On the second slide we have someone who has made huge leap throughout her fitness journey and fighting ability and is dedicated to the program and has built up more confidence in her health and fighting skills!! She trusted the process and the results came and is still looking to progress in her journey of health and wellness!!

My client is the prime example of hard work pays off!! She’s dedicated herself to the process and has made a huge change in her life and is still fighting to better herself and keep learning and enjoying every minute of training!! She motivates me to keep working hard and guide her throughout her journey to be the best version of herself!!
