                                            It’s that time of year when festive parties seem to be every single week…that means lots of opportunities to consume excess liquid calories and stall all that progress you’ve been making.  
But…you have options! 
Now I’m not shaming anyone if they enjoy an alcoholic drink or two. However, as with any choice we make there are positive (and negative) effects on our bodies. Now I’m all for living life in moderation and in balance so I have a fantastic guide for enjoying those tasty festive drinks 🍹(without the negative effects of alcohol).
