Hi! 👋 There’s a lot of new faces around here, so I think it’s time for a reintroduction!

I’m Becki — I’m 33 & the mama to 2 energetic girlies: Everly (6) & Eila (4). I grew up in Massachusetts & moved to California 10 years ago.🌴

I wanted to be an architect from the time I was 6 years old, so I followed the traditional educational route. I got my masters degree & then worked my way up the corporate ladder for 10 years… Untillll I was completely burnt out. 😅

I developed chronic & mystery illness suddenly after giving birth to Eila 4 years ago. After 9 months of suffering, I discovered holistic healing & was able to heal myself 100% naturally over the last couple years. During that time, I became passionate about sharing my health journey & helping others online — and even went back to school & received my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certificate. 🙌

Knowing I wanted more from life, I started an online business 2 years ago. And thanks to that online business & the work I’ve put in, I was recently able to leave my high stress corporate job for good to be present with my family & have more freedom.

Now, I get to use this page to share about health, sustainability, and entrepreneurship while making a full-time income working part-time hours online. I mentor others who want more from life too, and it’s an incredible feeling to be helping others experience the same freedoms I’m now experiencing.

Would you be willing to make short term sacrifices if you knew it would completely transform your life 1, 3, 5, or even 10 years from now?!

▪️Would you wake up a little earlier each day?
▪️Would you go to bed a little later?
▪️Would you spend less time mindlessly scrolling?
▪️Would you watch less tv?
▪️Would you skip your morning coffee to save some money?
▪️Would you put in the work even when you’re tired?

No matter who you are, if you have big goals that will actually bring you success, you are going to have to spend some time achieving them. There are no shortcuts in life.

And in order to get that long-term success, you almost always have to make short-term sacrifices. If you want to build a successful business you are going to have to invest the time and money, which might mean sacrificing some of the things I listed above.

I’m grateful to be at a point in my life and business where I can work whenever I want, enjoy time doing whatever I choose, and experience true financial freedom.
But if I hadn’t made short term sacrifices in the beginning of my business - late nights working, no TV time, taking on some debt to make investments, etc. - this wouldn’t be my reality today.

Long story short? Short-term sacrifices are a vital part of achieving your goals. Make them now so you don’t have to sacrifice even more later. You got this. 🙌🏼

💧WATER SPOTLIGHT - STRONG ACIDIC 2.5 PH WATER💧

My incredible water ionizer creates 7 types of water, all with different pH levels, with the touch of a button! Let’s talk about the settings with cleansing properties — Strong Acidic Water!

This setting creates Hypochlorous acid, a completely non-toxic anti-microbial. It’s eco-friendly, you have an endless supply for life, & it’s more effective than bleach!

Here are some of my favorite uses!

CLEAN:
- Clean & disinfect all surfaces & materials: chrome, porcelain, cloth, wood, tile, glass…

✨Want to know how I’m able to travel every other week without taking time off work or losing money?✨

One word... AUTOMATION 🙌

If high ticket sales is the bread of my biz, automation is the (vegan) butter. You want TRUE time & location freedom? This epic duo is the best way I’ve ever come across to get there. 💥

So, what is automation? It’s a combination of systems put in place so that my business is working around the clock (even when I’m not actively working). And these systems allow for me to have more time for the people & things I love— like traveling— while still making sales & building up my business. 👏

Some ways I utilize automation include:

- follow-up system

All of this gives me more time to focus on the fun stuff in my biz like connecting with & mentoring amazing humans around the world, while also allowing for time to live my life!!! ✨

Happy Birthday to the love of my life, !!! 🥳🎈

(Her birthday was yesterday 3/3, but I was trying to be super present with her in Maui and stay off social media.😆)

Sam is the most incredible person that I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful & lucky to have her as a partner. 🥰 She dreams big and loves even bigger. Her heart is made of pure gold — she’s kind to absolutely everyone, would give her last dollar to someone in need, and even rescues all the spiders we find in our house lol.

She inspires me every day to be a better person. She gives everything 100% effort and is amazing at literally everything that she puts her mind to.

I have loved watching her grow more confident every single day in all aspects of her life and in her business. She shows up every single day, even through some of the hardest moments, and is always there for me, my girls, her friends, her family, our biz mentees, and our community.

I could go on forever about how spectacular Sam is but I’ll save everyone from all my sappy admiration for her. 😜

I love you so much babe. I’m the luckiest girl alive and I can’t wait to celebrate you being born every year.💚😘 And thank you to Mama for bringing my favorite human into existence!🙌🏼

“I think my heart would miss you, even if I’d never met you.” 💚

Last week was everything! I attended a retreat in Arizona with 20 of my business partners. We had masterminds, learned, played, grew, & celebrated together!

The coolest thing about this trip? We all just decided to do it. As in— it wasn’t an incentive trip, you didn’t have to hit some kind of quota to “make the cut,” it wasn’t exclusive… We’re just a group of normal people building empires online who decided to rent a mansion together. 🙌

The other coolest thing about this trip? I have never felt so comfortable with a group of people before. On the first day it felt like we had know each other for years, and by the end of our trip we felt more like a family. 🥺

You know how you never know that you need something until you have it?

Yeah, me too.

▪️I have always been really independent.
▪️I never asked for help and rarely accepted it.
▪️I was fine doing things on my own.
▪️I had a routine and I stuck to it.
▪️I didn’t get outside of my comfort zone.
▪️I had absolutely no self confidence in myself.
▪️I let fears and limiting beliefs hold me back from going after the things that I truly wanted.

Until I DID.

When I found this incredible community, it helped me break through every “lie” I had told myself for my entire life.

✨I realized I actually love and need deep connection and community.
✨I realized that trying something new is exhilarating.
✨I realized that it’s okay to try something new even if I fail and that fear is okay.
✨I began to believe in myself, to build confidence, and to truly accept that I can achieve anything that I put my mind to.

Get yourself a dose of friends who love you for who you are, listen when you’re feeling down, support you when you don’t even know how to ask for it, who make you laugh like no other, and who push you to be better than you ever thought possible! ☺️

YOU CAN DO IT!

You really can.

Remember how powerful your mind can be.

Feed it positivity.
Feed it optimism.
Feed it desire.

This week my “hard” is stepping outside of my comfort zone and my introvert ways to be present and energetic at my business retreat. 😂

Since getting sick a few years ago, I started getting more anxiety when I travel or when I’m with large groups of people. I think having a strict diet, always being the weirdo that doesn’t drink alcohol and brings her own food everywhere she goes, and just being away from the “safety” and comfort of my home — it’s scary for my brain lol. Luckily Sam is exactly the same as me, and I’m super grateful to have her by my side!

Whatever your “hard” has been this week, just remember that you’ve got this! I’m cheering you on! And also — take some time for you this weekend. You are worth a little YOU TIME to reset + recharge, and for most people the weekend is perfect for that.

Doesn’t seem doable?
I know — kids, life, schedules. I get it!

Sometimes a little you time is just sneaking away to your room for 10 mins to sit in silence. Sometimes it’s finding a sitter so you can go out. Maybe it’s taking an extra long shower and throwing on a face or hair mask or using your favorite body scrub.

For me, I love to write down what I’m grateful for, read a few pages of my personal development book, do gua sha or facial cupping, dry brush, do a 5 min meditation, take a hot yoga class, or go for a walk. Whatever it is, TAKE THE TIME for yourself, feed your mind with positivity, and fill your heart with gratitude.

Deep breath. YOU’VE GOT THIS!
