Thrilled to announce our study, The Impact of Therapeutic Alliance on AMA Rates is officially published today, Monday, November 17th, in the Journal of Behavioral Health and Psychology!
This landmark publication, built on years of data and collaboration across five organizations, scientifically validates our mission: the human relationship between provider and patient is one of the strongest, most measurable predictors of treatment success.
Our findings show that providers with stronger relational competencies (measured by the Care Predictor Index - CPI) achieved AMA rates nearly 12 percentage points lower than their peers. It’s not just data; it’s proof that investing in your people transforms patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.
