The universe has for thousands of years been an object of fascination for man. This journey to self-discovery and the discovery of our cosmos has also been for thousands of centuries. He has looked into the vast darkness of space and the sky in search of the truth. Even through religion and science, man has continued the quest to better understand who we are and how we relate to our place of abode.
As time goes by and we gained new knowledge and became more enlightened, we began changing our frame of reference depending on what we believe in. Take for instance, people once believed that the Earth was the center of the universe, but thanks to Copernicus and Galileo who provided new knowledge against what was known then, and now we know the truth: that it's only a microscopic part of the humongous Milky Way galaxy which is also one of the many billions of galaxies that the universe houses.
As scientists unravel more of the incredible secrets of this amazingly huge universe, we are beginning to realize how small our Earth is in the grand scheme of things. Before we can fully understand this giant "puzzle", we still a long way to go. And maybe we never will.
Religion and science are pretty closing in on each other. They are cross-linking. We now know that the physical and the spiritual world may not be as far apart as we are made to believe. They might actually be connected and entangled.
While some people have found answers to some of these life's big questions and so found inner peace, others are still searching. One thing we have truly discovered is the amazing connection existing between man and the universe.

Between The Universe, Our Bodies and Love
The human heart is the most powerful organ in the whole world. It controls the feelings of forgiveness, compassion, understanding, empathy, caring, generosity, and of course love. The heart is the realm of human intimacy. It activates friendship, affection, nurturing, familiarity, and warmth. It connects the lower ego, on an energy level, the physical self to the spiritual or higher self. To put it simply, the heart is the focal point of our spiritual anatomy.
Love is the universe's greatest power and allows us to direct the flow of life force round our entire body. It is what we desire the most. It's the thing we can give to make the most difference in this world. The human heart is the seed of its soul. It is man's spiritual and divine essence.
When our hearts are open, we can connect with other people; our fellow human beings. The place where we are endowed with the ability to feel love, joy, unity, bliss and laugh is the heart. The power of love takes us beyond our mortal self, reminding us who we truly are, and how we are connected to the universe and everything in it.
The most cohesive power of the cosmos and the most powerful activity in the universe is love. It's the power holding together all the electrons in all the atoms that comprises for.
All around us are energy waves, and within those waves are the love; unconditional love, that binds the universe. Love is the feeling of closeness and understanding which draws and links together all the different elements of the universe. Love can be described as the agent of universal synthesis. Our universe is a conscious one.
Quantum physics; a new science field together with its latest theories has done more to prove what mystics have been aware of for thousands of years: we are not individual, separate beings; instead we are all connected. But even as science is creating the bedrock of culture and telling how things really are, the transition between changing world views is still meeting up with resistance, just like it did for Galileo and Isaacs Newton.
Understand that it wasn't long ago when people began changing their beliefs about the world from being flat to it being round. It took time for us to accept that reality but we eventually did because it was the truth. The truth of the connectivity of all that's in the universe is waiting for us to catch up. With the interconnection of all beings at its core, we are at the edge of a whole new vision of reality.
This new seed of the wholeness and interconnectivity of life will before long bear fruit of better understanding of not only the universe but also ourselves. We just have to fall off all the tightropes that we have built or constructed in our lives that are keeping us from knowing. We have to surrender into our own discomfort of knowing that what we believed about this universe is not what it is. How we repress or embrace this sensory awareness of how our universe truly is determine how we respond to other things that connect us.
To act in good faith and tell the truth resonates biologically. By finding out this truth and believing in it is how we can tap into the connection between all of humans, and love unconditional is our best avenue at doing it.
                                                                                                                                                    Maintain your game!
How you feel and look is in direct relation to your posture. Your posture has a lot to say about your personality. And a lot to say about the workings of your muscles and joints. The body's posture is a dynamic relationship between the #psychophysical (both physical and mental qualities) you and your interaction within the field of gravity.
Posture is the position in which our bodies are held or the attitude that our bodies assume when they are in a stationary position (#sitting, #standing, or lying down) or in a mobile position (#running, #dancing, and exercising). Posture is attained through the coordinated action of different muscle groups working together to maintain stability.
When the body's #skeletal structure are correctly aligned vertically within gravity's pull (assuming that gravity is the only outside #force that's acting on the body) in a way that minimal muscular tension is brought to play in the #maintenance of a given position, we say we have good posture.
When the body is in a balanced posture, the work done by muscles to maintain or keep it in an upright position is greatly reduced.
It's easy to neglect the primary factors that gives us balance in our lives. One thing we have to understand is the fact that we are a complex mix of physical, #spiritual, mental, and emotional #dimensions. Each one of these dimensions has to be acknowledged and cared for so as to maintain the correct #stability or #balance required for effective #functioning
Where do #Triggerpoints come from? 🔥❄️ Trigger points are formed in various ways; but they are commonly formed when muscles are not given enough time to heal before being put under another stress, through repeated heavy lifting, through poor posture, as a result of physical or #mentalstress , prolonged #lying on #bed or #sitting, etc. People also suffer from latent trigger points, dormant injuries that never really healed.
Although trigger points can be formed in many ways, there are many noninvasive approaches to treating them.
For instance, trigger point therapy is designed specifically for the treatment of #target 🎯 points, the easing of tension in the specific muscles and the alleviation of pain by the process of applying focused pressure on the #targeted area. Trigger points can be described as muscles locked in #contracted positions, and the treatment of the injury requires the unlocking of the contraction through the application of pressure with #massage instruments or finger tips to ease the muscle #loose 🤙bit by bit. By #practicing self-massage, you can easily treat minor trigger points at home. How? After identifying the location, you can work out the trigger points by using simple tools like #tennisball #🎾 or your #fingertips.💆👍 The self-massage #treatment of minor trigger points, more severe trigger points require the attention of a therapist. #Therapists have been trained to understand how the various #muscles in the body works and how each of these muscles relate to #tendons. This #trainingallows them to know the specific muscle that's causing the problem and the best way to arrest with the situation. With their #education, #massagetherapists can easily identify the source of a patient's problem and with minimal effort, ease their #discomfort. The #technique of trigger point therapy is sometimes referred to as #myofascial trigger point therapy where "Myo" means muscle tissue and "#Fascia " represents the surrounding connective tissue.
