On this sacred day of Guru Purnima, I honor the light of wisdom that dispels the darkness of ignorance🪷

I bow to the Gurus—seen and unseen—who have guided and continue to guide my path 🙏🏽

I begin with my first Gurus - my parents – Amma and Appa ❣️

I honor the many luminous souls—teachers, mentors, and wise ones - whose words, presence, and example continue to shape my life.

On this full moon, may we remember that The Guru lives within us all.

May we listen. May be reflect. May we meditate on this one Consciousness. May we realize the ultimate truth. May we shine with this illumination 🪷

With deepest reverence and love I bow to all my teachers 🙏🏽

Another day, another cooking class 🍃 🧑🏽‍🍳 ❣️

This time with the fabulous students from across the world many of whom were cooking along with me 😍

We incorporated the 6 tastes of Ayurveda nourishment with a simple and elegant summer Pitta pacifying meal of coconut vegetable stew, saffron pilaf complemented by a cilantro mint chutney and cooling raita 🍃🌴🌱

The fact that I get to do what I love every single day and get to share my love and passion for Ayurveda, cooking, and spices with so many people across the world, humbles me and delights me at the same time. I am so grateful 🌺💕🙏🏽

It was a JOY and honor to present my Ayurveda talks ashram again this year.

The program was “Ayurveda Strategies to Cool the Summer flames of Pitta”

It was lovely to reconnect with old friends and make new ones. And the pujas 🌺 were just an added bonus to the sacred spiritual magic of this place !

So glad that Rick could accompany me this time ❣️🙏🏽 This beautiful ashram on lovely Paradise Island is a lovely retreat !
