I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing women’s collective carefully curated by my friend Marni to be a part of this women’s retreat - Mystic Mamas ♥️ along with 29 other enchanting vibrant radiant Devis including some of my friends and other teachers I am looking forward to learning from 🙏🏽

I will be offering a cooking class focussed on nourishing the divine feminine within on Tuesday at 11 am PT - easy to prepare yumminess to nourish us from within 💗

My Ayurveda office today 🌊 💙 and….
An Idea 💡

So, just before COVID I moved from my large sprawling 4 level home to a tiny beach close condo.

Prior to COVID I used to see clients for private consults in my dedicated consult space in my previous home. Since the move coincided with the arrival of the pandemic, everything shifted ONLINE.

My classes, the programs and schools I taught at, Sangha, workshops, mantra meditations and my 1-1 Ayurveda consultations. I honestly loved and continue to love the convenience of reaching people all over the country and the world via my computer screen.

Until… my lovely client you see here today expressed interest in meeting in person at least for a a couple of her appointments. She drove down from North OC and I decided that we would meet at the beautiful Dana Point Harbor Island complete with benches and of course mesmerizing views 💙

I cannot tell you how grateful I was to actually have an in person appointment! It was lovely to meet in person and of course the setting could not be more perfect! The ever present gentle and cool ocean breeze, the birds and of course the sparkling water 💦
