What to expect:
- We will open with the ancient ritual of a welcoming tea ceremony, grounding into our bodies and space, and begin to journal.
- We will then lead the gathering through Hypnotherapy surrounding feminine energy and healing, unlocking doors into the subconscious mind and exploring significant connections with the mother lineage. Simultaneously being guided and supported by various harmonies and melodies within the sound bath to create an immersive space for self-reflection and integration.
- Closing with communal support and questions.

Celebrating the reflection and balance of the Autumn Equinox ✨

Mother Earth graced us with a beautiful warm morning and the sounds of the ocean waves lead us into deep relaxation 💛

While our group was small, we brought light and gratitude to what we have accomplished so far this year and journaled about imbalances still felt. We also created actionable goals to keep us grounded and on the right path for more successes in the months to come.

So honored to be able to lead these women this morning and looking forward for more to come!

hi 👋 it’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared on my page… but I felt called to share this amazing review a client just posted on google today!

I’m not calling this review out because she gave me 5⭐️, while I appreciate that.
I’m calling it out for her statement, that in just 4 sessions together she has seen positive results not only in her body and pain level but in the emotional stress as well!

It’s so important to understand that ALL pain in the body has an emotional side to it.

It’s so important to treat the body as a whole and not just areas that need the immediate attention.

Sometimes our emotional attachment to the pain and discomfort far out way the actual pain itself! 🤯

I have been a little MIA on social media for a while… and I’m realizing that I’m missing the connection we have and amount of healing we all could be supported in!

So I’m honor of reconnecting, here is a glimpse of what I’ve been up to!!

Last week I was honored to be a coaching assistant to Rebecca at iHeal institute 🎉

Watching and helping 18 people step into their own power, releasing a lifetime of anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and shame was phenomenal 💫

I can’t begin to describe the connection to self we all received from our own work.

As I step back into my roll here at home as a mom and business owner, I am so blessed and grateful of the life I’m creating and the journey to help myself and others along this path 🥰

This statement is powerful. And it definitely threw me a reality check.

I’ve been quite over here for a while, processing a bit of personal growth and at the same time sitting in emotions that led me to some negative regression…

Just need to remember,
Healing is constant.
Healing takes time.

Don’t compare yourself to others and their journey or listen to the ‘should have’ thoughts.

Just start where you are at right now 💚

The Trapezius is the largest upper back muscle. There are many origins and insertions which allow the Trapezius to not only have three separate sections, but also allow movement to occur in three different joints: the scapula, neck, and spine.

Upper Trapezius Pain can potentially last for days at a time with those who complete repetitive tasks, have constrained postures or experience prolonged static movements which can also turn into consistent or chronic neck and shoulder pain.
Upper Trapezius Pain is more common among women and is very similar to a number of other neck and shoulder disorders.

Upper, Middle, & Lower Trapezius Stretch
Stretch 1: Lateral head tilt stretch
Turn the head to the left to about 45-degrees (Chin to Collar bone/ Clavicle). Place the palm of the left hand on the top of the head. Use your palm to gently press the head down and look downwards. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then switch sides.

Stretch 2: Forward round stretch
While standing, interlace your fingers together and raise your arms in front of you so that your hands are chin level and your palms are facing outwards. Push your palms away from the body and bend your neck towards your chest. You should feel your shoulder blades moving away from each other. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds and repeat for 2-3 sets.

Stretch 3: Dead hang off a bar

Make sure you’re stretching your muscles post-workout to promote mobility and flexibility.
These stretches are just suggestions, if you have extreme pain, please consult your doctor.
