Today we celebrate something truly special — the graduation of our FIFTH Yoga Alliance beYOGA RYT200 Teacher Training class.

What began as a vision to create a space for authentic learning, transformation, community, and growth has now guided five beautiful groups of students through this journey of yoga, self-discovery, and leadership.

To our graduates: thank you for your courage, dedication, vulnerability, and commitment to the practice. Over these months, you showed up again and again — not just to learn how to teach yoga, but to deepen your connection to yourselves, to each other, and to the deeper purpose of this practice.

You have studied philosophy, anatomy, ethics, sequencing, meditation, breathwork, and the art of holding space — but perhaps most importantly, you learned how to listen inwardly and lead from the heart.

Watching each of you grow into your voice and your confidence has been an incredible honor.

We are so proud of you and cannot wait to witness the light you bring into the world. 💛

🙏 The workshops begin on the 3rd with my flow class, strong, steady, and intelligently paced—without the performative nonsense. Expect a well-rounded, flowing asana practice that builds heat, strength, and focus in a warm (about 80°) room, while quietly training your mind to be a little less reactive off the mat.
The next day on the 4th, my yin-style class is created as the yin to the former class’s yang. The L*D targets hips, hamstrings, back, and all the places modern life quietly tightens. Poses are held for a few minutes at a time—long enough to feel something shift, physically and mentally.

A two-hour Spring Equinox gathering designed to welcome the shift in season with intention and creativity. Rest & Restore : Group Meditation and Sound Healing Workshop

Rest & Restore is a 90-minute, candlelit workshop designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle renewal.

The experience begins with guided breathwork and Restorative Yin Yoga, inviting the body to soften, release held tension, and settle into a state of ease. From there, you’ll be led through a calming meditative journey to quiet the mind and center awareness.

Throughout the workshop, the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound-healing instruments create a supportive soundscape that encourages the body’s natural restorative rhythm.
