Rest & Restore : Group Meditation and Sound Healing Workshop

Rest & Restore is a 90-minute, candlelit workshop designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle renewal.

The experience begins with guided breathwork and Restorative Yin Yoga, inviting the body to soften, release held tension, and settle into a state of ease. From there, you’ll be led through a calming meditative journey to quiet the mind and center awareness.

Throughout the workshop, the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound-healing instruments create a supportive soundscape that encourages the body’s natural restorative rhythm.

Open to all levels, this offering provides a quiet, nurturing pause—a space to slow down, reconnect inward, and restore.

Date: Saturday, 2/21
Time: 2:00–3:30 PM
Cost: $35

Reclaim Your Energy
A Two-Part Workshop on Resilience and Burnout Recovery

Reclaim Your Energy is a thoughtfully designed two-part workshop created to support those experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or a sense of depletion. Through small, intentional shifts, you’ll be guided toward restoring balance and reconnecting with your most authentic self in a way that feels sustainable and real.

This experience weaves together gentle movement, sound healing meditation, reflective journaling, and community connection to support nervous system regulation and personal clarity. Together, we’ll explore micro-shifts and micro-moments of self-care—simple, practical practices that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life to replenish energy, reduce overwhelm, and cultivate greater resilience.

You’ll be guided through intentional journal prompts designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters, clarify what you desire, and identify realistic systems that support lasting change. Rather than focusing on short-term fixes or resolutions, this workshop emphasizes sustainable practices aligned with your values—supporting long-term well-being and emotional balance.

This offering is ideal for anyone feeling overstretched, depleted, or disconnected, and ready to recalibrate with intention. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and supported, with practical tools you can continue to use long after the workshop ends.
Small shifts. Real change. Renewed energy.
Dates: Sunday 2/1 and Sunday 2/22
Time: 1:00–2:30 PM (90 minutes each)
Pricing: Offered at the regular class rate — drop-in, class pass, and memberships apply.

Our February read is How the Light Gets In by Joyce Maynard — a beautifully written, deeply human story about resilience, love, and the unexpected ways life cracks us open so something truer can shine through.

We gather on the first Monday of every month to talk about our book over light refreshments and through the lens of yoga — exploring how the themes of the story mirror our own inner work, our practice, and the way we meet life on and off the mat. These evenings are always warm, thoughtful, and surprisingly nourishing for the heart.

This month’s book is an easy, engaging read, perfect if you’ve been wanting to join but didn’t know where to start.

Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let’s read, reflect, and connect together. 💛

The postures are what we are doing; the yoga is how we are being.

Meditation gives us the space to see the reflection—to notice the quality of our mind and the state of our heart.

What we cultivate on the mat becomes our practice for who we are off the mat.
