Many people find it difficult to stick to their healthy eating habits on the weekends.

Here's why overeating on the weekends can ruin your weight results:

🌯🌭🍕🍔You eat more calories: When you eat out or order takeout, you're likely to consume more calories than you would if you cooked at home.
