Kayla is very patient and compassionate with our residents. It doesn't matter if someone is on her assignment, she will stop what she is doing to help them. She has a desire to care for others. She has a way of calming with encouraging words. She just goes with the flow, always in an effective manor. We are proud to have her on our team and she is a team player.
