-3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
-2.5 cups cooked shredded chicken
-1/2 tbsp olive oil
-1 egg egg
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/3 cup Franks Red Hot (or any buffalo sauce)
-1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

๐Ÿ† CrossFit QUARTERFINALS COMPLETE! ๐Ÿ†

We are SO proud of our two CrossFit Underdog Union athletes โ€” Coach Amy (45-49) and Lynda (60-64) โ€” who just finished competing in the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals! These two women showed up, did the work, and tackled weights and movements they didn't think were possible. That's the Underdog way. Age is not a barrier โ€” it's just a number โ€” and these ladies proved it in the most badass way. ๐Ÿ’ช

None of this happens alone though. Behind every rep, every lift, and every movement standard was an incredible community of athletes, coaches, and judges who showed up and made it possible. That's what makes CUU special โ€” we don't just cheer from the sidelines, we get in the trenches together. From the barbell to the rig, Amy and Lynda left it ALL on the floor โ€” and this whole community carried them there. ๐Ÿ–ค
