I want to share my passion and expertise to help others find their self-confidence and inner strength, the way I have. CUU is dedicated to helping you meet your health and fitness goals through CrossFit training and an individualized habit-based Nutrition Coaching program. Our expert coaches get to know YOU the individual, all in a warm and welcoming community environment ideal for all ages and ability levels. We will meet you where you are at. I firmly believe that the CrossFit methodology and philosophy, proper nutrition and strong social connections build confidence, promotes physical and mental well-being and increases stamina in daily life. This makes everyday activities easier and as an added bonus...we look and feel better in our own skin! CUU is THE place for the underdog. This March, we are thrilled to shine our spotlight on Sara — and honestly, she couldn't deserve it more! Sara is a first responder who gives so much of herself to others every single day, and yet she still shows up to the gym with the biggest smile on her face and the most positive energy in the room. She is the definition of consistency, always working hard, setting goals, and — most importantly — achieving them. What makes Sara truly special is how smart and intentional she is about her training. She prioritizes form first, scales intelligently, and pushes herself in a way that is responsible and sustainable. She is proof that doing things the *right* way is always the strongest move. Beyond her fitness journey, Sara is one of the kindest, most caring human beings we have the privilege of knowing. She has built so many genuine friendships here at CUU, and her dedication and positive attitude inspire everyone around her to be better. We are so grateful for Sara — in and out of the gym.
