If your knee hurts, look down and see if your foot is sliding off the side or top of your sneaker. Its your sneakers' fault. Get wider, firmer ones, and then walk more, even backwards. Skip cortisone death shots, take a look down. Fix feet position for stability or be doomed. Foot pain is not a normal thing, but poorly made and poorly fitted plastic sneakers seem to be. Orthopedic surgery or better footwear?
