This week we asked our Kula fam to share what’s been filling their hearts — and every answer reminds us why this community is so special.

We are endlessly grateful for every single person we’ve crossed paths with this year. The friendships that have been blossoming, the connections forming, and the moments of growth we’ve shared together… it’s been life-changing in the most beautiful ways. Lives have genuinely shifted over the past few months because of incredible folx, and we feel so honored to hold space with such kind, genuine humans.

What a beautiful way to kick off the holiday season! 🌀

We are still floating from our Friendsgiving celebration. It was a day dedicated to connection, gratitude, and community.

A huge thank you to for creating the most perfect, cozy, family-style setting for! Everything was delicious.

Before we dove into the delicious meal, we took time to breathe as a community, flow through our practice, and anchor our gratitude—the perfect reminder of why we gather.

So much love and appreciation for this incredible crew! Couldn’t have asked for a better day or better friends.

Alongside our regular Tuesday 6pm and Saturday 9am classes, we have a beautiful lineup of seasonal offerings to close out the year — from gentle yoga at The Little Dipper to yoga in the greenhouse at Logee’s, a free community class, our Solstice Yoga + Sound event, and a nourishing New Year’s half-day retreat. 🌈

Each gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and enter the new season with intention.
