A few friendly reminders for this upcoming week at The Studio 👇
• No classes tomorrow for Columbus Day. Instructors were given the day off. We will re-open on Tuesday!
• Tuesday evening classes are almost fully booked. Please sign up online ahead of time to reserve your spot before classes are waitlist.
• Shelley is away the next two weeks. There will not be a 6:30pm Restore & Sound class this Wednesday 10/15. Next Wednesday’s (10/22) Restore & Sound class will be subbed by Jen.
• NEW CLASS! Candlelight Yoga with Becka begins this week! Come join her in the small studio on Thursdays 7pm. This class is limited to 8 students. Please register online.
• Samara is hosting a Women’s Somatic Release Breathwork Workshop on Sunday, 10/19 (5-7pm). Please register online by Friday 10/17.
