12-step programs are not just for drugs and alcohol, there are over 200 programs that use a 12 step model.
Yoga of 12Step Recovery(Y12sr) Takes place every MONDAY at 6:30 in the Ritz Mountain Yoga studio, Livonia.
ANYONE dealing with an addictive behavior of ANY KIND or ANYONE affected by the addictive behavior of others are welcome to attend.
Donation based, judgment free, all stages of yoga and recovery welcome.

The sun was out for our Sugar Hill Fire Tower Hike thos last weekend! A special group of recovery warriors showed up to trudge the messy trails with us, and everyone did amazing while encouraging one another up and down the challenging terrain. This weekend our event is indoors at The Center in Elmira. We will be hosting our annual St. Patrick Swayze Day Celebration in Elmira!!! ☀️ What a day at Pfeiffer Nature Center! ☀️
This past weekend, our AIR Adventures in Recovery crew showed up strong for an incredible hike at Pfeiffer Nature Center. We had an amazing turnout, the sun was shining, and the energy was even brighter. There’s something powerful about watching people in recovery connect with nature, with each other, and with themselves — one trail at a time. 💚🥾

☘️Let’s MARCH toward spring with AIR Adventures in Recovery! ☘️

Okay… it might be freezing and we might still see snow here in Upstate New York but you can feel spring trying, right?🥹

Our March calendar is here and we’ve got a fun month ahead, including our annual Saint Patrick Swayze Party (yes… it’s our thing 💃🕺), hikes, community service opportunities, and cozy, creative time at the centers.

💼 We’re also excited to share that Workforce Readiness Groups are now available in Livingston, Cattaraugus, and Steuben County! If you’re ready to build skills and take the next step, we’re here for you.

Monday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday – Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
