East Meets West sessions offer a customizable combination of both of my signature massage styles. Western table massage work is received in one room, then Eastern mat work is received in another. This robust blend features Hot stones & Hot towels, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, various styles of Shiatsu, Fascial stretching, and Sound Harmonizing elements. East Meets West, truly meets you where you are!

100 minutes - $145

This fusion massage starts on the table, and ends with Shiatsu - OR orthopedic focused stretching if ‘energy work’ isn’t for you.

***Time changing from one room to the other is not deducted from the session duration***

I have a couple openings for existing clients this month due to cancellations! New clients - I am booking out into late November, I only have room for one at this time.

💗 My practice is growing both in volume and modalities. I have decided I no longer wish to move the mat and the table for each service.

I’m not saying all ‘busy’ people are unhappy

💫However…. You can have addictions to good things - like healing, too.

💗Sometimes we need to just lay In the grass, soak up the sun or stars, listen to the birds or your inner voice. Maybe hop on a swing set while you’re at it - you’ll feel muchhhhh better!

✨❤️‍🔥ladies, Take up space❤️‍🔥 ✨

I started my business in a dated gym. I played music off of my cell phone - I didn’t even have a speaker…. The first shiatsu session I gave in that space did not go well, The client looked at me after and said “that’s it?” I was crushed…. but I was also not well practiced. I knew Shiatsu was what I was meant to do, so I practiced, learned more, and gave it another attempt. Now, so many of my clients don’t want to go back to the table work.

Everyone starts somewhere, be confident enough to know you have something to offer.
Be brave enough to go after it. Keep growing, and keep learning. If you don’t try you will never know, and if it doesn’t come easy - don’t give up! 💫

❤️‍🔥Todays world can be overwhelming, confusing, and Intense. Everywhere I look on the internet someone has something different to say about fitness, health, wellness, energy practices etc. The word somatic is a hot word right now - Soma means body in Latin, anything to do with the body is somatic, this isn’t new and it isn’t special.

❤️‍🔥One thing I am passionate about is scope of practice. If you’ve ever been on my table you probably know that… why do I have so many certifications? Because education matters!

❤️‍🔥That said - does your practioner have a license by the State of New York? or is their certification by a nationally accredited program? (You can buy certificate paper and make any certification program you want - scary right?) if they don’t… they likely don’t have liability insurance either.

💫Just because someone doesn’t actually manipulate your tissue does not mean they are not creating physiological changes in not only your body, but your brain chemistry. Can your practitioner explain this physiology? We are one bio electric circuit. We are bio electrical beings.

⚡️🧘‍♀️ I’ve waited a long time to publicly say this, it’s over due …. Do your research, have courage - ask questions.

I am not a fan of large groups and the immense amount of energy they bring - especially with creating movement of energy.

All Sound Baths are Sundays at 12 pm
Cost - $25
Duration - roughly one hour

This tea reminds me of a client that called me a couple of years ago…. One of the only ones I had to tell “ I’m sorry, but Massage wouldn’t be safe for you. “

After they told me their story on the phone, I Messaged them “While no one would wish to have your circumstances adversity breeds resilience and compassion, and I personally think it is a gift.”

…. Sometimes words flow out of me that I need to hear myself. Whole heartedly I do what I do because of the hardships I have faced. While the glory and praise is nice… it’s absolutely not my why. I’m grateful for each life I can touch, this career absolutely is a gift, but getting to where I am today certainly was no cake walk.

💗 There are various paths to healing, mine are body based, grounding and nervous system regulating. I work primarily with the physical body.

💗 Humans need presence in movement, breath, nourishment and connection. They need self discipline - aka self love - for change to stick.

✨ The Fascial network (more of a body wide web really) is the place where things get stuck and become stagnant. With stagnancy symptoms of dis ease can arise. We can go to others to help us heal, but until we show up for ourselves we will not remain in harmony.

120 minutes remains the same at $180

I do my best to tell my clients in person when I change my rates. If I haven’t seen you yet, I feel it necessary to post an announcement to allow time to budget for this slight increase in my pricing.

I have dedicated A LOT of energy (time and finances) into developing the robust offering that is my signiature style of Shiatsu.
While it has been a labor of love - for which I am SO beyond grateful - my investments necessitate a slight increase to reflect the value of my work. I appreciate all of you for being so willing to try a new style of bodywork, and self care practices.
