This time we are collecting for the Dansville Area Veterans Memorial Park Renovation.

We are raffling off a day the spa! A 60 minute massage, a head spa session, and a 30 minute sit in our infrared sauna. A $165 VALUE!!!! There are 50 squares at $10 each.

What is Ashiatsu, you ask...... it's a deep barefoot massage technique where therapist use their feet and body weight to apply broad, even pressure providing deep muscle relief for chronic tension.
Does that sound appealing to you? Sarah is looking for people to be her practice bodies. You'd recieve a one hour session for $50!!

Cold and flu season is in full swing.... unfortunately.... and we'd like to take this time to remind you that if you aren't feeling well or if you have any cold or flu symptoms, please contact your therapist to reschedule your appointment!! Not only does this keep your therapist and the other clients here from getting sick, it also helps you. Receiving a massage or facial when you're sick can make all your symptoms feel worse and let's be honest..... no one wants that!

So with that being said, Sarah has 2 last minute cancelations this week:
