🏀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 Section V Boys Basketball 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!

Sectionals are always one of the most exciting times for local basketball, and Saturday’s finals at Blue Cross Arena were no exception.

A few members of our team were there to take in the action and show support — and as one of the many proud sponsors of Section V basketball, it’s always great to be part of such a special event for the Rochester sports community.

We’re also proud to know that some Lattimore athletes were out on that court competing for sectional titles. Seeing local athletes reach the biggest stage in Section V Athletics is exactly why we do what we do.

👏 Congrats again to all of this year’s champions! 🏆

Here’s a quick message from Dustin on behalf of the entire leadership team, thanking everyone across the organization — from our PTs and PTAs who provide the best care in town and keep our patients coming back, to our whole administrative staff whose hard work behind the scenes keeps everything running smoothly every day.

From learning in the clinic to crushing it on the court 🏀

This past summer, Luke Insley completed his clinical experience at our Pal-Mac clinic, gaining hands-on experience alongside our team. A few weeks ago, we had the chance to cheer him on at the Battle of the Beaks, where Nazareth University defeated St. John Fisher 63–55 — and Luke led the way with a game-high 16 points. 👏🔥

We love seeing students grow in their profession while continuing to pursue their passions. Supporting our students — in the clinic and beyond — is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Latty U this morning focused on 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 as providers 💪

While we were working through shoulder assessment and treatment techniques, we also talked about an interesting fact: rotator cuff tears become more common as we age, but they don’t always cause pain. Strength, movement, and how the shoulder functions often play a bigger role than the image itself.

Sessions like Latty U give our team the chance to keep sharpening their skills, learning from one another, and improving how we care for every patient who walks through our doors.

Huge congratulations to both the USA Men’s and Women’s Hockey teams on bringing home the gold! 🥇 Our crew at Lattimore Physical Therapy of Peak Performance showed their red, white, and blue spirit by dressing up and celebrating the big win together.

We love cheering on athletes at every level — from Team USA to our local players working hard every day in the clinic. Way to represent! 👏

Inside, we can help you improve your range of motion, build strength, and keep you moving forward – 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦. Outside, though… if anyone has a direct line to whoever controls Rochester weather, we’d really appreciate it. 🙃

Until then, we’ll stick to the degrees we can control. Stronger knees, better movement, and steady progress every visit. 🦵
