There’s something inspiring about basking in the renewal of a new season. Happy official first day of fall!

I’m thrilled to announce that as of November 1st I will be relocating to a new studio space! In the mean time, it’s getting ready to welcome you all!!

And not to worry, the new space will only be a mile away from the current location and scheduling should not be affected in any way 😌

A couple updates to share!

✨New hours starting October:✨
Monday: 9am - 1pm **
Tuesday: 3pm - 8pm **
Wednesday: 4pm - 9pm
Thursday: 9am - 1pm
Friday: 9am - 1pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm **
Sunday: 9am - 1pm **
(** every other week)

✨Schedule will now open 60 days in advance.

✨There is currently an option to join the waitlist if your day/time is not available. Once on the waitlist, you will automatically receive notification if that time slot opens.
