Reiki Level One: The Art of Healing Energy

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing art that supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in ancient wisdom, Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy through the hands to encourage deep relaxation and awaken the body’s natural capacity for healing.

The word Reiki (pronounced ray-key) translates to “universal life force energy.” This nurturing current flows where it is needed, helping to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for renewal.

Receiving a Reiki Level One attunement opens the doorway to your innate healing abilities. It offers a simple, accessible way to care for yourself and others, and can be naturally woven into daily life, shared with loved ones, children, animals, or used as a grounding personal practice.

Reiki may support the reduction of stress and anxiety, ease physical discomfort, enhance clarity, release emotional holding patterns, and foster spiritual connection.

In this one-day immersive training, you will:
• Explore the history and foundational philosophy of Reiki
• Learn how Reiki works and how to integrate it into everyday life
• Receive your Reiki Level One attunement
• Learn and practice a complete hands-on Reiki session

Who This Training Is For
This training is open to anyone who feels called to explore the healing path of Reiki — whether you are completely new or seeking to deepen your connection to energy work.

No prior experience is necessary, simply curiosity and openness.

Lineage
This Reiki Level One training is offered in the lineage of Usui Reiki, honoring the teachings of Mikao Usui and the tradition passed from teacher to student with care and reverence. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Elaine holds this training as a sacred, heart-centered container where attunements are offered with intention, respect, and deep presence, supporting each student in forming their own authentic relationship with Reiki.

This training is a beautiful invitation to open your heart, reconnect with the flow of universal energy, and begin or deepen your healing path.

Shamanic Journey with Alycia Steele

This Shamanic Journey Workshop invites you to explore the unseen realms — spaces beyond ordinary reality where healing, guidance, and the wisdom of your soul await.
Through the rhythm of the drum, you’ll be guided into a deep meditative state, journeying to reconnect with your own inner knowing and the wisdom that has always lived within you.
We will take two journeys during our time together:
The first to meet a loving spirit guide who chose to walk beside you on your path before you were even born.

The second to receive a healing, guided by your soul and spirit guides who know what you need most in this moment.

This is not about looking outside yourself for answers — it’s about remembering that all you need already lives inside of you.
Please bring:
An eye cover or scarf (to block light)

A journal and pen for recording your journey

Water, and any other items that help you feel cozy and grounded
The space will provide yoga mats for laying down comfortably during the journeys.

Ho’Oponopono Circle: Hawaiian Forgiveness Healing With Community

It is an incredible privilege to step into the space of this beautiful Hawaiian forgiveness technology and share it with community. This circle offers a simple healing technique creating profound results, lightness, and hope within our systems as it ripples into the world.

As we move through these incredibly rocky times, please join us to take a breath, reground, and create space within your heart for self and humanity healing. We will flow between having a sharing about Ho’Oponopono and experiencing this ancient healing work in motion.

With the premise that “love prevails all trauma”, you will leave with this forever tool that can be used anytime, anywhere. All are welcome! Come with an open heart, mind, and all parts of you. Please feel free to bring a cushion to sit on, blanket to cozy up, something to write with, and water if you’d like.
